These paintings were produced by Ms. Wang Yuhong depicting goods she had collected herself. She used a super-realism approach and her distinctive angle as a child of the 1970s to create these paintings. The goods are placed in a peaceful and aesthetic way, but with a strong modern feeling that is particularly eye-catching. The Xuhui Art Museum considers Ms. Wang Yuhong’s unique visual experience as a “gift” that should be shared with the general public during the Expo.
